A huge thank you to all of our amazing volunteers yesterday
! Thanks to the bakesale crew and Mama’s Minerals crew, NMHRS was able to span across the city!
At Mama’s Minerals, Ned did an amazing job with an educational and entertaining presentation with bunny Eduardo to more than fifty kids and their parents. Then, Kyle, Regina, and Olivia quizzed kids with bunny questions and handed out chocolate while kid’s parents bought baked goods that we brought over from the bake sale! Thanks Palin for the pictures!
Ned also did his famous balloon bunnies and Victoria M painted faces because the original face painter that Mama’s Minerals had hired never showed. This got us some tip donations and the owner Yvette generously gave us a $75 gift card to Mama’s Minerals! Stay tuned because we will be raffling it off or adding it to the silent auction for a fundraiser.
