b) recognize the signs of GI Stasis and get rabbit-savvy medical help FAST
c) recognize the first signs of head tilt and get rabbit-savvy medical help FAST

Licensed HRS Educator, Criss Starr will present Bunny 101 on 28 July 2013. The event starts at 1:00 and goes to 2:30. The location is 6020 Academy Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, between Perfection Honda and Giant Services.
This class will offer insights into how to care for rabbits. It is for new rabbit pet owners as well as seasoned rabbit owners. It will discuss basic rabbit health, appropriate diet and emotional wellness. Snacks will be provided. A $5 donation for the general public is requested, but the class is free to paid members of the NM House Rabbit Society, or to those who have adopted a rabbit from the society.
The area is secure and if a person arrives after hours, s/he will need to call 505-980-3798 for admittance.
